An organizational structure helps employees and management to understand the company's structure, communicate more effectively, and work more efficiently.
As an admin, you can view the history of changes done in the reporting hierarchy of an employee on the Organization Chart page. To view the history of an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Main > Organization Chart. The Org Chart page opens.
- Click a required employee card on the organization chart. A pop-up appears with the details of the employee under two different tabs.
- Click the Changelog tab to view the history of the reporting hierarchy.
