To check the status of the bank transfer request, the admin must navigate to Payroll > Payout > Bank Transfer and status information will be available under the Status column. You can also view the status of individual employees.
You can manually refresh the status with the manual Refresh button available under the Status column. However, automated refresh happens every 15 minutes.
Note: It may take some time to process the status. The status changes accordingly to Pending, In Progress, Completed, Completed with errors, or Failed.
