To view the employee’s permission details, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Leave > Information > Attendance Info. The Attendance Info page opens.
- From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose attendance information you want to view.
- Click the Calendar/Table button as per your requirements.

Under the calendar view, click the Permission tab. The tab displays the permission details such as Permission Type, Applied, Approved, Considered, Applied By, Applied On, and Remarks.
The Calendar view displays the attendance details for a specific month in the form of a calendar. Each date displays information using legends. The page explains the legends at the bottom of the page.
Note: The permission details are available only when you process the attendance.
