Where can admin find MOL ID in greytHR application? (Applicable to ME)

The Ministry of Labor, also known as the Ministry of Labor and Employment, is a government ministry or department responsible for formulating and implementing policies and programs related to labor and employment in a particular country. 

To find the MOL ID in the greytHR application, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Information > Employee Profile. The Employee Profile page opens.
  2. Under the Employee Identity section, you can view the details such as Document Type, Bank A/C Number, and Name in Bank A/C.
  3. Click the Add button on the Employee Identity card. The Document Type dropdown list appears.

  4. Select the Document Type and enter all other fields as applicable.

  5. Click Save to add the employee identity information.
