To disable an existing claim template, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Claims > Claim Template. The Claim Template page opens with a list of existing claim templates.
- Select the required template.
- Click the Edit icon to update the changes. A form appears.
- Click the Configure tab. A list of cards appears.
- Click ∨ arrow on the General card. The card expands.
- Deselect the Enable template checkbox to disable the existing claim template.
- Click Save to disable an existing claim template.
