To disable an existing claim item, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Claims > Claim Items. The Claim Items page opens with a list of existing claim items.
- Click the Edit icon on the required item row. A form appears.
- Deselect the Enabled checkbox to disable the existing claim item.
- Click Save to disable an existing claim item.
