Proof of Investment (POI) is the documentation or evidence that confirms an individual's investment in a particular financial instrument, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, or other assets. POI is often required for various purposes, including regulatory compliance, tax reporting, loan applications, and verifying ownership or holdings.
There can be situations when your POI form may not comply with the guidelines, and your admin wants to reject them. In such cases, your admin can re-release those items to the ESS portal. The employees can re-submit those forms from their ESS portal.
