The permission module enables employees to request advance permission for time off. This process helps employees avoid attendance regularization while assisting managers in effectively planning work schedules. By utilizing the permission module, employees can proactively seek approval for planned absences, allowing for smoother coordination and minimizing disruptions in the workflow.
To enable the permission module, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Settings icon > My Account > New Features. The New Features page appears with a list of features.
- From the list, select the Employee Attendance Permission checkbox. The card expands.
- Click the Enable this feature option. The Enable Feature pop-up appears.
- Click Confirm to enable the permission module for employees.
