An Employee-Wise Salary Revision Details report provides a comprehensive overview of salary revisions or changes made for individual employees within an organization.
To generate the Employee-Wise Salary Revision Details report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Salary Revision History.
- Select the All Employees or Selected Employees option as per your requirements.
- Click Options. A page appears.
- From the Category 1 and Category 2 the dropdown list, select the required categories.
- From the Number of Revisions dropdown list, select the required number of revisions.
- Select the Report Output Type.
- Click Save to update the changes.
- Click Generate to generate the Salary Revision History report.
Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
