If the admin deletes the FBP for backdated months, it may impact the already processed salary details of employees. So, it is advisable for the admin to delete the plan and re-release FBP.
To delete FBP for the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Admin > FBP Planner. The FBP Planner page opens.
- Click the Release tab. A list of employees appears.
- Select the employees by clicking the checkbox.
- Click the Delete Plan button to delete FBP for the selected employees.
