An employee submit the identity verification documents to their organization to confirm their individual identity. The ID verification document types may include Aadhaar card, bank account details, and PAN. The admin must verify these documents and update their status.
To mark an employee’s ID verification as done, perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Admin > Identity Verification. The Identity Verification page opens.
- Use the Personal ID Status, Document Type, Employee, and Employee Filter dropdown lists to customize the list of employees.
- Left-click the row of the required employee to select the employee.
- Under the Verified column, select the checkbox on the selected row to confirm that the required employee’s IDs are verified.
Note: To add an employee’s ID proofs, navigate from the greytHR Admin portal to Employee > Information > Employee Profile.
