Employee is not able to apply for leave? What are the possible reasons?

      Example: If the employee is in a probationary period, they might not be eligible for leave until their probation period ends. This can vary based on company policies and local employment laws.
   3. If an employee exceeds the limit for a specific type of leave, then the employee cannot take that leave type.
      Example - If an organization defines a specific number of leaves per month, and an employee exhausts the entire allotted leaves, the employee cannot apply for that particular leave type.
