The permission module enables employees to request advance permission for time off. This helps employees to avoid attendance regularization while assisting managers in effectively planning work schedules.
To apply for the regularization, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Attendance > Permissions. The Permissions screen appears.
- Tap the Regularize option available under the Apply Now button. The Apply Permissions screen appears and displays the permission cards.
Note: An employee can view the regularize option only if the working hours are not fulfilled by them. - Select the required permission type card. After selecting the permission type card, the Form and To time gets auto populated under the Duration card.
- In the Remarks field, enter the valid remarks.
- Tap Save to save the changes.
- In the Duration card, under the Reason field, enter the valid reason.
- Tap the Apply button to apply for regularization.
