To add values to the Sodexo exemptions, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to Payroll > Payroll Inputs> Salary. Salary page opens.
- On the Salary page, from the select an employee... search box, search for an employee.
- In the search by components search box, search for the Sodexo component.
- Click Edit icon adjacent to the SODEXO EXEMPT component.
Note: Sodexo exemption is available in the system, only if your company is providing Sodexo to you.
- Edit : SODEXO pop-up appears. Click Add.
- Fill in the details. Click Save to update the Sodexo values.
- Click Close to close the pop-up.
- On the Salary page, click Process to update the exempted value in the application.
