An Employee Wise Claim Items report provides a detailed overview of the claim items submitted by individual employees within an organization.
To generate Employee Wise Claim Items report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, search for Employee Wise Claim Item Reports.
- From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
- From the Claims Template dropdown list, select the required template.
- From the Claims Item dropdown list, select the required item.
- From the Currency dropdown list, select your currency.
- From the Claims Status dropdown, select the status of the claim.
- Select All Employees or Selected Employees as per your requirement.
- From the Group By dropdown list, select the required group.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Save to save the customization.
- Click Generate to generate the employee wise claim items report.
