Reasons, such as resignation, change of org, or absconding employee, could lead to exclusion of the employee from payroll processing. Exclusion is easy on/off action in greytHR.
Follow the below path to exclude an employee from the payroll
- In the Actions tab, click Exclude From Payroll.

- In the Exclude From Payroll page, select employee.

- Click .

- View the change log for a summary of such exclusions for selected employee.

Click
whenever required to include. -
Once the employee is excluded from the payroll, the employee details will not be reflecting any of the payroll related data or reports.
