To clean up payroll, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Home > Search Actions search box> search Clean Up Payroll. The Clean Up Payroll page opens.
From the Exceptions dropdown list, select the appropriate filter. The relevant employee list displays.
- Using the check boxes adjacent to the employees' names, select the employees.
- Click Clean Up/ Clean Up All Employees based on your requirement to clean up the payroll.
Note: Select the required payroll month for which you want to clean up the payroll.
