The employee leave approval process involves considering factors such as the availability of sufficient leave balance, the employee's work schedule, the operational needs of the organization, and any relevant policies or guidelines. The admin assesses the request and determines whether granting the leave aligns with these considerations.
To approve an employee’s leave application, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Workflow > Monitor > Leave. The Monitor: Leave page opens.
- From the List dropdown list, select the Active option.
- Click the leave application you want to accept. the application expands.
- Click Accept to approve the leave application. The success message appears.
