To clean up the full and final settlement payroll information, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to Home > Search Actions search box> search Clean Up Payroll. The Clean Up Payroll page opens.
- From the header bar, select the payroll month.
- From the Exceptions dropdown list, select Resigned Employee. The relevant employee list displays.
- Using the check boxes adjacent to the employees' names, select the employees.
- Click Clean Up/ Clean Up All Employees based on your requirement to clean up the full and final settlement payroll information.
