How can admin create payroll statement?

A payroll statement is a detailed document outlining an employee's earnings, deductions, and net pay for a specific pay period. It summarizes financial transactions between the employer and employee, ensuring employees have a comprehensive overview of their pay and deductions.

To create a payroll statement, perform the following actions:

1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Verify > Payroll Statement. The Payroll Statement page opens.
2. Click Add Statement. Step 1: General section appears.
3. In the Name text box, enter the name of the statement.
4. In the Report Title text box, enter the title of the statement.
5. In the Description box, enter the description of the statement.
6. Click Next. Step 2: Columns section appears.
7. Select the components from the left column and click the ➡ arrow to drop into the Detail section.
8. Click Next. Step 3: Order section appears.
9. Arrange the selected components in the order you want.
10. Click Next. Step 4: Options section appears.
11. From the Sort Order dropdown list, select the order of the statement.
12. From the Employee Filter dropdown list, select the employee status.
13. From the Report Type dropdown list, select the type of the statement.
14. From the Employee Criteria dropdown list, select the criteria of the employee.
15. Click + icon to add a new filter.
16. Select the relevant check boxes as per your requirement.
17. Click Finish to create a payroll statement.
