To generate PF Form 12A, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- Using the search box, search for PF - Form 12A - PF Monthly Statement of Consolidation paid. The form appears.
- In the PF Filing Location dropdown search box, search for the location.
- In the No of Subscriber as per last month textbox, enter the number of subscribers of last month.
- In the No of New Subscribers textbox, enter the number of new subscribers.
- In the No of Subscribers left Service, enter the number of subscribers who left the service.
- Select Include Past Employees using the checkbox if you want to include past employees in the report.
- Click Generate Return File to generate the return file.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Save to save the customization.
- Click Generate to generate the PF Form 12A.
