To update an employee’s promotion details on greytHR, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Position History. The Position History page opens.
- From the Search by Emp No/ Name search box, search for the employee whose promotion details you want to update in the application.
- In the Designation, click Add. The form appears.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the required category.
- From the Effective From and Effective To dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
- Click Save to update the promotion details of an employee.
