How can the admin view and download an employee's income tax statement?

To view and download an employee's income tax statement, perform the following actions:

1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Income Tax. The Income Tax page opens.
2. On the Income Tax page, from the select an employee... search box, search for the employee whose income tax statement you want to view and download.
3. Click Preview to view the income tax statement of the selected employee.
4. Click Download to download the income tax statement of the selected employee.
