To rectify the issue when the employee swipes are unavailable in the biometric database, you need to contact the Biometric vendor to fix the issue. When the swipe details reflect on the Employee Swipes page on greytHR, you need to manually process the attendance for your employees.
Note: The automatic attendance process setup on greytHR processes attendance only for the previous day, you need to manually process the attendance for the past days.
