If you are getting an error message on the employee swipes section "Greytip Astra is not running" the reason could be that your windows operating System upgrade would have happened.
In this scenario, you need to Restart the Greytip Astra
Follow the steps to complete the process.
Step 1: Go to Windows Start >> Type Services.msc>>Select Greytip Astra>>Restart the Astra.
Step 2: Login to http://localhost:9001/login in attendance server
Step 3: Use the same admin credential to login
Step 4: Settings-->Cursor Info-->Edit settings-->Select the Date > Save
Note: Wait for 15mins and Process the Attendance Manually.
Step 1: Navigate to the Process Attendance tab from the Leave >> Admin Section.
Step 2: Select the Dates
Step 3: Click on the Process.
