Why employees are not able to perform Manual Sign-in/Sign-out on greytHR Mobile App?

The greytHR mobile app allows employees to access and manage various HR-related tasks and information on their mobile devices.

If the employees cannot find the manual sign in or sign out button on greytHR as an Admin, you need to check the following.

1. Please check whether the attendance Scheme is assigned to an Employee or not. If not, Please assign the Scheme and Refresh the Shift Roster.
2. Please Refresh the Shift Roster of newly joined Employees to mark the attendance in the web portal/mobile App.
3. Please find the below path to Refresh the Shift Roster: Leave > Information > Shift Roster > Refresh (Besides Excel Export)
