If the Employee Attendance Information is showing Absent for the month for - New joiners, or Existing employees the reason could be the Access Card Number may not be updated for the employee on the greytHR application as per the Biometric Database System.
Follow the below path to update the access card number on greytHR.
Step 1 : Navigate to Access Card Page from the Employee Information Section
Step 2 : Select the Employee, then enter details such as Access Card number, From Date
Step 3 : Save the Changes
