The reason employee shift details are not reflecting on greytHR is due to the improper shift code used to upload the Shift Roster information using the Excel Import feature.
To use the correct shift code to upload the Shift Roster information of the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Leave > Information > Shift Roster.
