The reason employee shift details are not reflecting on greytHR is due to the improper shift code used to upload the Shift Roster information using the Excel Import feature.
To use the correct shift code to upload the Shift Roster information of your employees, log in to your greytHR Admin portal and navigate to Leave > Information > Shift Roster.
