To confirm the employee in the greytHR database, perform the following actions:
- On the greytHR admin portal, in the Search Actions search box, search Confirm Employee. The Confirm Employee page opens.
- From select an employee… search box, search for the employee to whom you want to confirm.
- From the Confirmation Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.
- In the Notes description box, enter the notes if required.
- Click Confirm Employee to confirm the employee in the greytHR database.
