To update the access card number, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Access Card Details. The Access Card Details page opens.
- From the Search by Emp No/ Name search box, search for the employee whose access card number you want to update.
- Click Add. The form appears.
- In the Access Card Number text box, enter the card number.
- From the From Date and To date dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
- Click Save to save the access card number of an employee.
