How can the admin generate FVU for a quarter?

 To generate FVU, perform the following actions:

  1.  From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Admin > Form24Q. The Form24Q page opens.
  2.  From the given financial quarters, select the required quarter for which you want to generate FVU. Form24Q filing tab opens.
  3. Click Generate FVU. The checklist pop-up appears.
  4. Click Upload File and upload the CSI file.
  5. Click Ok, Generate FVU to generate the FVU. FVU Generation progress bar appears.
    Note: Click the Help icon available next to the Generate FVU button to view more insights related  to the generation of FVU.
  6. After FVU generation is successful, the Download section appears. you can download the following files  

 a)  Annexure 1

 b) FVU File

 c) Form 27(A)

 d) Zip File of Form24Q.

    7. Click the Download icon to download a file.
