As a Manager, you can assign shift to an employee by performing the following steps:
- Click the My Info menu and then click Shift Roster under Attendance. The Shift Roster page appears displaying the list of team members (employees for whom you are the Manager) and the details of their assigned shifts.

Go to the employee for whom you want to assign (or modify the assigned shift).
Refer to the legends appearing at the bottom of the page corresponding to the assigned shifts. Each legend has a number associated with it. -
Double-click on a particular day and type the number associated with the particular shift that you want to assign. The shift gets assigned to the employee.
