To send bulletin board messages to your employees, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Admin > Bulletin Board. The Bulletin Board page opens. Alternatively, you can also open the Bulletin Board page by searching for Add Bulletin Board using the Search Actions search box.
- Click Add Bulletin. The form appears.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the required category.
- In the Rank textbox, enter the rank of the bulletin message.
- From the Start Date and Expiry Date dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
- In the Title textbox, enter the title of the message.
- In the Content description box, enter the required content.
- Click Upload. The dialog box appears.
- Browse to the required file, select the file and click Open to upload.
- From the Employee Filter dropdown list, select the required option. You can also create a new filter by clicking + sign available next to Employee Filter.
- Click Save to send bulletin board messages to your employees.
