Digital Signature Validation Process
- Download the invoice from the account settings invoice page.
- Navigate to the folder where the invoice is downloaded to validate the digital signer.
- Right click and open the invoice with Adobe Acrobat reader DC.
- Right click on the Digital Signature field and Click on "Validate Signature".
- Click on “Signature Properties".
- Form the signature properties window Click "Show signer's Certificate".
- Click on "Trust" and "Add to Trusted Certificates". Click on "Ok" and close the window.
- Click "Verify / Validate Signature".
- The "Validity Status" should now show "Signature is valid".
- Click "Close".
