As admin, after releasing IT declaration, employees are unable to view their salary information in their ESS portal. Why?

When the admin releases the IT declaration, the admin must also enable the Release option for employees to view their latest released salary.
IT declaration is the process where employees share income, investment, and tax-related details with the organization's IT or payroll department to accurately calculate income tax and process salaries. 

To enable employees to view their latest released salary, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Main > Overview. The Overview page opens.
  2. Click Release for the following options:
    1. Employee View Release
    2. IT Statement Employee View

Note: Select the Release option to enable employees to view the latest released salary in their ESS portal.
