Help! As an admin, after releasing IT declaration, employees are unable to view salary in their ESS portal.

Releasing IT declaration does not allow employees to view their salary. To enable employees to view their latest released salary, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Main > Overview. The Overview page opens.
  2. Click Release for the following options:
    1. Employee View Release
    2. IT Statement Employee View

 Note: Select the Release option to enable employees to view the latest released salary in their ESS portal.
