Yes. You can customise the overtime module as per your company policies. You can modify the following policies:
- You can configure to remove break hours from overtime hours.
- If an employee works before or after their normal working hours, you can consider these hours as overtime. You can consider either overtime performed before or after the normal working hours or both as well.
- You can set the maximum limit an employee can work overtime on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- You can round off overtime hours to the nearest required time such as 5, 10, or 15 mins etc.
