To download an attachment from a Zendesk ticket, perform the following actions:
- In greytHR application, click My Profile icon on upper right corner of the application.
- Click My Account.
- In the main menu on the left side of the application, navigate to My Account > Tickets.
- Under Subject column, select the required ticket.
- Click Show all events. Ticket opens in a new tab.
- Click Download to download the attachment from Zendesk ticket.
