To publish a letter, perform the following actions:
- Generate the letter. After the letter is generated, you will be landed on Generate Letters: Summary page. From this page, you can either publish the generated letter as an email attachment or directly publish to the employee portal.
- Select Send as an email attachment check box if you want to publish the generated letter for Employee/ Manager/ Other.
- Select Publish to the Employee portal check box if you want to publish the generated letter to employee self-service portal. An employee can view the published letter under Documents in ESS Portal.
- Choose the appropriate option to publish the letter, and then click Publish. The Publish Letters: Summary page appears.
