New ESS users: To remind employees to submit their POI declaration, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to Payroll > Admin > POI Overview. The POI Overview page opens.
- Under the Released tab, select the employee(s) to whom you want to send the reminder.
Note: The Released tab displays the list of employees who have not submitted their POI form yet.
- Under Employees Selected, select Remind. The Remind pop-up appears.
- Click Submit to send POI form submission reminder to employees.
