Yes. You can reupload the new policy file.
To reupload the Company Policy file, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to Employee > Setup > Company Policies & Forms.
- Under the Company Policies tab, go to the company policy for which you want to edit, and click the particular company policy.
- Click the View/Edit button. Edit Company Policy page opens.
- In the Edit Company Policy page, go to Upload File. Hover over the uploaded file, you can find the remove button. Click the Remove button to remove the uploaded file.
- Now, you can see the Add Attachment icon. Click the Add Attachment icon, and select the new/ recent PDF file from your local directory. Kindly make a note that odt and docx are the accepted file formats.
- Click Submit to upload the file.
