Leave Cancel enables you to apply for cancellation of leave applications. To apply for leave cancel, perform the following steps:
- On your Home page, click Leave > My Leave. My Leave page opens.
- Click Leave Cancel and select an applied leave from the scroll window.
- Your reporting manager details will be automatically updated in the Applying to search box. You can also search for the person manually. Click Applying to and in the search box, enter the name of your manager. You can select the required person from the search results.
- Click + Add and select the employee to add any employee for whom you wish to notify about the details of your leave cancellation application.
- Enter a reason for cancelling the leave application in the Reason text box.
- Click Submit to cancel the selected leave application.
Note: The Leave Cancellation option is completely dependent on the admin configuration of your settings. You can see this option only if your admin has configured this option for you.
