How can employees reset their password from their ESS portal?

greytHR's ESS portal offers a user-friendly interface and a range of features that helps employees efficiently manage their operations, save time, and ensure accuracy.

To reset the ESS password from within the portal, your employees can perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS portal, click the Settings icon which is given next to your profile picture. The Account Settings page opens. 
  2. On the right-hand side, click Change Password. The Change Password page opens.
  3. In the Old password textbox, enter your current password.   
  4. In the New Password textbox, enter your new password. 
  5. In the Confirm new password textbox, enter your new password to confirm your new password. 
  6. Click the Show if you want to see your new password.
  7.  Click Save Password to reset your password.
