To update an employee's PAN number in his profile, perform the following actions:
- Navigate to the Employee > Information > Employee Profile. Employee Profile page opens.
- From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee's profile.
- Under Employee Identity, click Add.
- From the Document Type drop-down list, select Permanent Account Number.
- Enter the details in PAN and Name in PAN text box.
- If you have verified the document, select the Document Verified check box. We recommend verifying the document as a good practice.
- Click Save to save the PAN details of the selected employee.
