How can admin generate Proof Of Investment Declaration (POI) report?

The Proof Of Investment Declaration report provides complete financial year data as per the POI (Proof of Investment) details updated by employees. The admin can generate the Proof Of Investment Declaration report only after you initiate the POI process.

To generate the report, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. 
2. In the Search text box, enter Proof Of Investment Declaration.
3. From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the required financial year.
4. Click the Options button. A page appears.
5. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required option.
6. Click Save. You are redirected to the reports page.
7. Click the Generate button to generate the report.
   

Note:

• The Proof Of Investment Declaration is available under the Recent Reports section.
• The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you recently generated. You can regenerate by clicking Run Again.
• The POI report also displays its own contribution and co-owner contribution fields in Deductions Under Section 24.
