Purpose of the Report: The Income Tax Statement Report details employee Salary, Exemption, Deductions, and Income Tax deductions.
Frequency of the Report: You can generate the report for the financial year.
Prerequisite: NA
Path to generate the report
Step 1: Navigate to Reports >>Reports Gallery
Step 2: Search for the "Income Tax Statement Report"
Step 3: Select IT Statement As On (Select the Payroll month)
Step 4: Select All Employees or Selected Employees as per your requirement
Step 5: Click on Email to generate and email the IT statement to the employee via email.
Step 6: Go to Options and select the Report Output Type.
Step 7: Click on Save
Step 8: Click on Generate
The Income Tax Statement Report will be generated and available under the Recent Reports section.
The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
