The Loan Details Report provides the details of month-wise loan deduction and balance details. You can generate this report for any selected period.
To generate the loan details report, perform the following actions:
- From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, search for Loan Details Report. The Loan Details Report page opens.
- From the From and To dropdown list, select the required months.
- From the Loan dropdown list, select the required loan type.
- From the Loan Details dropdown list, select the details of the loan.
- From the Group by dropdown list, select the required option.
- Click Options to customize your report.
- Enter the required details and click Save to save the customization.
- Click Generate to generate the report. You can also click Mail me if you want the report on mail.
Note: You can view the generated report under the Recent Reports page.
