Purpose of the Report: Using this report, you can select only one selected template, select all the templates, or multiple template options, which is not feasible; this report also gives you a consolidated report that includes entitlement, claimed, and balance details.
Frequency of the Report: You can extract consolidated expense claim item-wise reports on the selected financial year.
Prerequisite: Ensure at least 1 claim transaction should is there in the selected year
Path to generate the report
Step 1: Navigate to Reports >>Reports Gallery
Step 2: Search for the "Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report"
Step 3: Select the Financial Year
Step 4: Select the Claim Template
Step 5: Go to Options, select the category, also set the Report Output Type.
Step 6: Click on Save
Step 7: Click on Generate
The Employee Wise Consolidated Claim Report will be generated and available under the Recent Reports section.
The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
