The Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report allows extraction of claimed and approved details for a specific batch, based on the claim date. The report can be obtained anytime, provided the claim batch is accessible.
To generate a Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report. The Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report form opens.
- From the Claim Batch dropdown list, select the relevant month.
- From the Claim Form dropdown list, select the relevant claim form.

From the Claim Element dropdown list, select the relevant element.
- Click Options, to customize the report.
- Enable the check box Show Only Payout Pending Batch if applicable.

From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the required format.
- Click Save,to save the updation.
- Click Generate to generate the Consolidated Batch wise Claim Details Report.
Note: The Recent Reports page displays the reports that you have recently generated. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
